Non genuine controller suitable for ES1/ES2/ES4 models.
Activation is not needed. We have tested this on ES2 model and it works well.
Key differences from the original unit:
- Has 2 speed modes. 17km/h and 25-30km/h. Speeds can be modified by installing custom firmware through ES_downG.
- On this version 2, bottom lights are activated and working as per original controller.
While it can handle second battery, we do not recommend to use it as it might blow up the controller.

Delivery
We process orders daily. Items are delivered in 2-4 days.

UK Deliveries
We now use Amazon Logistics for our UK orders. Amazon will decide if they use their own courier, Royal Mail or similar post service. Items are delivered in 2-4 days.

Cancellations
If you change your mind while the order is still in progress, please email us as soon as possible at info@mybestscooter.co.uk. Make sure to include your order number in the subject.
We will be able to cancel your order only if it was not locked for shipping by our fulfilment warehouse. Please note that for most spare parts orders we use fulfilment providers and transactions cannot be cancelled due to fully automatic process.
Returns
If you change your mind and would like to return a product purchased from myBESTscooter, you may ask to do so within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund (to your original form of payment only). Please contact us at info@mybestscooter.co.uk if you would like to start the return process, quoting your order number and the reason for returning.
Normally, all returns for non-defective reasons are subject to a restocking fee up to 30% (to cover the loss of value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you). Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in otherwise new condition with no missing contents.
For all 'changed mind' returns shipping must be prepaid and insured. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to myBESTscooter.co.uk are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is returned because of defective reasons.
